I checked out as a guest, how do I start a return?
You may return unworn/defective item(s) within 45 days of shipment for a refund if you checked out as a guest, in one of two ways:
Option 1: Return via a FREE printable UPS return label
Go to Orders and Returns and enter your order number and the email address used to place the order
Select “Check Status”
Click on the item(s) you would like to return, then click «Return Selected Item»

Option 2: Return at any Skechers retail store (excluding Guam retail locations). For a refund, customers must provide a receipt from Skechers.com. Find your local Skechers store.
